RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have an issue with your purchase from West Coast Plants, please contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right.
You can reach us at info@westcoastplants.ca. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.
PLANTS
As our plants are live goods, and we have no control over their care once they leave our nursery, all sales of plants and plant material are final. Returns and refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Some of our plant sales occur during the winter when plants are dormant. If you purchased a plant *while it was dormant* and it did not break dormancy the following spring, please contact us.
FOOD PRODUCTS
All sales of fresh and preserved food products are final.
GARDENING PRODUCTS
Gardening products can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase, but must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS
Items purchased on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift cards have no expiry date.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
