About Us

West Coast Plants is based in Errington, B.C., on beautiful Vancouver Island, off the west coast of Canada. The 2.5-acre property features an organic fruit and vegetable garden, farm stand, edible perennial plant nursery and 23-foot outdoor meditation swing. 

After spending 10 years developing the property with her husband, Mariah Wilde started West Coast Plants in 2023 as a way to share what she'd learned along the way and support the local gardening community. You can read more about Mariah's background here.

We offer gardening and nature classes, host garden tours and are available online or by appointment for edible plant sales. Mariah is also available for garden planning, one-on-one consultations and public presentations.
