'Pink Champagne' Red Currant

One of the best fresh eating currants, and sweeter than most red varieties. This cross between a red and white currant, has pink, translucent berries. Pink currants are known to have more sugar and less acid than other currants, so enjoy them fresh or in your favourite jam or jelly.
