The Cabrillo Strawberry plant is a high-yielding, day-neutral variety that produces large, bright red berries with an excellent, well-balanced flavour that combines a natural sweetness with a hint of tartness to enhance their depth of flavour.
Day-neutral strawberries bloom continuously regardless of day-length, making for a longer harvest window than June-bearing or Everbearing varieties.
Cabrillo strawberries are uniform, firm, juicy, and ideal for fresh eating, baking, or preserving, maintaining excellent flavour and texture even after storage.
Known for its resilience and adaptability, Cabrillo thrives in various climates and has impressive heat tolerance. Cabrillo plants are vigorous, with a robust growth habit and minimal maintenance needs, making them an excellent choice for both home gardeners and market gardeners.
